In 2016, Vince Morales founded Validus Coaching & Consulting, formerly Zoe Transformation. The former Forbes coach is a Master Certified Professional Coach (MCPC), certified DISC Behavioral Personality facilitator, and certified Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. He specializes in mindset, self-image, resilience, career coaching, and leadership coaching and development.
clients understand their mindsets, limiting beliefs, perceptions, self-image, mental models, and how to break habits that prevent success, transformation, and leadership development. Vince earned two master's degrees, his first in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University and his second in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University-Irvine.
He and his beautiful wife, Michelle, have been married 35 years and are the proud parents of four adult children and a baby, Radiant Destiny, who passed in 1989.
